Funk, Nebraska

Funk, Nebraska

I find the grain elevators of the Great Plains absolutely fascinating. Visible on the horizon many miles away, they're the largest things around and full of life. Many elevators seem to create their own atmosphere, with flocks of birds and particulates billowing from various parts of the structure. [frame 29 - Farmer's CO-OP Grain & Supply Co., Funk, Nebr.]
