"Street Flipper," Beale Street. These street performers would begin at the top of the slight hill that is Beale Street and do front and back flips nearly half the length down the street, then pass the bucket. With the F6's focus de-coupled from the shutter release and controlled only by AF-On, I pre-focused on the pavement where I knew he'd be, then raised the camera to get him just as he flipped through the frame. Upon scanning I was pleased to see his hands off the ground ever so slightly. Portra 400 @ ISO200 gave me 1/1250 @ƒ4, stopping him mid-flip. Beale Street, Memphis, Tennessee (2014)
