Cape Flattery, Olympic National Park, Washington

Cape Flattery, Olympic National Park, Washington

Cape Flattery is the northwestern-most point in the contiguous United States. It's a rugged, beautiful piece of land requiring only a moderately short hike to access from the trail head. This day was blessed with rain, at first a gentle, northwester rain but soon turning into an all day down poor. This image was made just after the rain began.
